Re: Diaper Sprayer - Necessity or luxury?

We have a bumGenius diaper sprayer, and I would definitely say it is a necessity for us! After my little one started solids, I only lasted a week without one. I tried the whole dunking and swishing, but I could never get it all off, and I would have to end up using my hand. So gross. The diaper sprayer makes it so easy! I've never once regretted spending the extra money for one.

Re: Diaper Sprayer - Necessity or luxury?

It's a necessity for us. DS has super sticky peanut butter poop and it does NOT come off with dunk n swish, and I can't remember to use liners everytime. Honestly, if it weren't for my sprayer I probably would not still be CDing.

ETA: The one I bought was $26. Unless you're on a super strict budget, I think it's worth it to get one.

I tried the dunk n swish method but I was too grossed out - dipping my hands in the toilet was just a deal-breaker for me. Plus spraying gets off more than scraping with a spatula and dipping/swishing I think (or at least MUCH faster) so there is generally less poo in the wash as well.

I was so into the replies in this thread until I came upon your signature line...you have 5 kids under 2?!?!
