NB diaper advice- AIOs, AI2s, *simple*
You probably get this question All.The.Time but I'd appreciate targeted advice.
I tried CDing with DS#1 (gulp, 9 years ago) but stopped after we had to focus on breastfeeding issues. I used some Kissaluv fitteds, Fuzzibunz, and I can't remember what else. I remember not being a huge fan of pocket dipes. Basically, I want the ease of sposies (particularly for SO, who I know will not remove anything from a pocket when it has pee/poop on it), though an AI2 sounds like a reasonable compromise. We will have a nanny at 3 months, so I also want this to be easy and straightforward for any nanny new to CDing. What do you recommend for newborns? I have some GroVias for later in the one size and just got some BumGenius nbs in a swap, though I haven't played with them. I'm not totally opposed to a fitted plus cover as long as they are very very simple - I'm thinking a prefold will be too much for SO and probably too much for me. WAHM diapers are fine. Price is less of an issue, though I always like a bargain Ones suitable for boys. DS#1 was a skinny baby but SO is bigger so don't know what to expect.

We've got a stash of NB diapers that consist of Grovia NB's and prefolds/covers....
Grovia's and Lil Joey's are great AIO diapers for NB's...

I have a bit of everything for thos newb, but my main stash is 21 nb aio's. Bg xs, grovia nb, and rar lil joeys are the brands i have. I have a few nb covers, some wool some prefitteds and a few fitteds too... But i assume i'll use mostly the aio's.
Apologizing in advance for iPhone typos/autocorrect

I'd recommend doing a newborn diaper trial to figure out what works for your baby and your lifestyle.
List of trials: http://www.diaperswappers.com/forum/...d.php?t=886295 My reviews (+ tons of pics of my newbie in cloth!) from the trial I did with Modern Cloth: http://www.diaperswappers.com/forum/....php?t=1303981

@minneapolisite, thanks! that review was VERY helpful. I was unaware Kissaluvs made an AIO (I guess a lot of places are doing that now) so I'll check them out. And, if you destash those, let me know
