Stripping in he toploader
I bought some bg aio's and they stink like heavily perfumed detergent. I just ran two wash cycles on them and they still smell just as strong as they did when I got them. How in the world do I strip in an he toploader? The lid locks so I'm not sure if I can fill the tub up and then get the lid to unlock so I can put dawn in? I'm afraid putting dawn in to the detergent spot will somehow ruin my machine. I have a maytag bravos. Any tips?

Re: Stripping in he toploader
I put in right in the drum with the diapers (like a tsp for a large load) before I run the wash. Or you can press the pause button and the lid will unlock a few seconds later
