I had severe pre-e/hellp syndrome. Symptoms were: worst headache of my life, sparks in my vision, severe pain below my ribs (epigastric), shortness of breath and very reactive reflexes. My protein was only a little elevated. But within 6-8 hours I was in kidney & heart failure and my blood was starting to not clot. I hope this is not the case for you.
