Soy allergy??

So I've cut out all dairy reading labels carefully. I was planning to cut out soy also but didn't realize that soy is in EVERYTHING! I found breads that don't have milk but they have soybean oil. I accidentally ate some of these things & ds's symptoms got worse. Anyone have a LO who is so sensitive to soy that they can't even eat things w soybean oil or soy lecithin? If so, do u make your own or have u found breads, crackers or desserts wo it? Sun chips are safe Oreos are not!
