I would like to know which one do you think is better. Personal experiences are very much appreciated.

I have the advanced, but I do not know the differences between the two. I bought the advanced because it was only $15-20 more. Either way, I do not think you can do wrong.

The best price I was able to find was at www.hackleyhme.com. The advanced was $220 with free shipping and no tax. I think the original was $200. They were great to work with and are a home medical equipment company affiliated with a hospital in the midwest (maybe Minnesota?).

I have the original one and have never tried the advanced. So i can't tell you the difference. I got mine at my local wic office for COST. It was like $176.00 or something. It was like 2 years ago so I cant remember exatly how much I paid for it, but i know my office sells them at cost. I really like mine and can't think of anything I would change about it.

I have the advanced and really like it as much as one can like a pump. It works fast, efficiently and relatively quietly. I really don't know what the differences are between it and the original so I can't help there. Good luck!

I really like my Medela PIS advanced. I'd go with that one.

I have the orignal. When I was pg with Taci I couldn't find the adapter so I started looking for a new pump. Then I found the Evenflo Elan. Now it's my pump of choice. It's much quieter then the PIS and I don't feel like I'm hooked up to a vacumn. The best part for me is it's got a built in timer so I know exactly how long I've been pumping. It's also only about $150 for a double pump and Target carries them in their stores
