The only thing I've had delaminated is our Gro via pail liner. It was hung dry half the time & dried on the super light setting half the time. It took less than a year to delaminate & was used in rotation with 2 other pail liners.

Re: If you have had a diaper with PUL Delaminate...
I have 6 old Fuzzibunz with delaminating PUL. They were mostly dried outside on the line, but occasionally thrown in the dryer on low/no heat (if the weather wasn't cooperating).
I think they delaminated becuse they're super old .

I had a planetwise liner that I always line dried and it delaminated at 8 months. I had 9 fuzzibunz delaminate after 6 months. They were dried in the dryer and line equally. Lastly, I had a PW wetbag delaminate around 10 or 11months dried exclusively in the dryer (probably hot).
So its hard to vote but I saw no pattern for us. I think it would also be hard to distinguish between dryers' hots and mediums. We have used three different dryers and one's low was as hot as my new dryers' hot. My mom's took three cycles on hot to get my inserts dry and mine takes one.
