Supply dip with AF?

I just got my AF for the 1st time since DS birth (he is 6 months). I noticed that for a few days before it came, it seemed like my supply took a dip. In your experience, is that normal or could there be a different factor?

I had a dip when mine returned as well. I started taking a calcium/magnesium supplement a couple weeks before it was due to start every month and that helped me.

Also, a psyllium husk supplement helps.
