male snap replacement help
i'm just wondering if there is some sort of trick to replacing or attaching the male snaps. when ever i try they get all squashed. TIA

Make sure the prong is sticking as far put as possible and you squish the fabric together well. If you're using pliers, be sure the silicone thing is on there, it keeps everything in place and keeps it from doing exactly what you're having a problem with. Also, takes some practice, I'd suggest testing a few on scrap fabric before your final one.

I had this problem with my snap pliers at first too. I had to really make sure to perfectly center the snaps or they would break. Now I gently press, check, press, check, etc
