I have mastitis and was given an antibiotic to take. . . I'm eating yogurt to make sure I don't have any yeast issues but don't want my lo to have trouble. Will my yogurt consumption help baby or should I feed her yogurt? She's almost 11 months old.

Probiotics for both of you! I get mine at the health food store.
