both the aplix and snaps covers. The aio I love but it's getting small on my toddler.

Grovia AIO. Hated the hybrid- not a good fit on my chunky baby.

Hybrid aplix for sure. I don't like the fit of the snap ones at all.

So sorry you had a bad CS experience. I had original Gro baby shells and they snap converted for free since they were less than a year and I had all my receipts. I didn't like the snaps at all and ended up selling all my originals. I only have the Velcro now. All of mine are over a year old and look great. Barely fuzzy. The tabs are a little curled but that is it. The only thing has been some elastic issues after a year but the elastic is really easy to replace.

I really do love both. The AIO's are more absorbent in my opinion. I didn't have the newest soakers though. I had the first tpu backed ones. I used AIO's more for that reason.
