Re: Anyone not like BG old AIO?

That is what the majority of my stash is, BG AIOs. I purchased them new from CB when they first put them on clearance. I have 15 mediums, only 3 of them (all noodle) have the old aplix. I also have 18 larges, and only 3 of them (all bubble) have the old aplix.

The later batches they made have the better 4.0 aplix and those in my stash still look wonderful.

Since they were a final purchase (no returns or warranties), I did remove the soakers with a seam ripper. They dry so much better that way and I feel like I will get more life out of the PUL.

These are my main diaper, and what I use for daycare. They are dependable for us. DS is still on the small side for being in larges, so we do experience BM blowouts more often in the larges, but I attribute that to them not yet fitting him snugly. He is also getting to the point where he does leak in the mediums though because they don't change him as often at daycare as I do at home. We don't have pee leaks in the larges since the soaker is bigger and will hold more.

I would definitely ask them for pics of the aplix. You can generally tell by the laundry tabs in the back of the dipe to tell which type they used.

Not really a fan. The aplix was terrible and they held on to stink like no other diaper I had. They had an awesome fit on my skinny LO though.

Re: Anyone not like BG old AIO?

Love them! My son is almost 11m old... 23lbs... and wears Mediums. He's been in them for months..and won't grow out of them anytime soon. They are our 'daycare' diaper b/c they never leak and are super easy. The aplix is starting to get 'eh' looking, so i think I'm going to replace it ($1 on the website).

Re: Anyone not like BG old AIO?

I had some larges and they had the new aplix which I thought was decent. However I didn't like them that much because they seemed to get a lot of compression leaks. Also my front loader paired with our hard water made them really difficult to clean.

These didn't work for us. They always leaked and the long dry time was very difficult. That being said everyone is different, so I think it's personal preference.

Love them. Use a lay in doubler with my larges. Loved the smalls on my baby.
