I guess it is a kind of crass humor, so I can see not appreciating it.

Now THAT is funny! A couple months ago I bought a bottle of rum, prenatal vitamins and a pregnancy test...the clerk gave me a funny look. I said, "Vitamins if we are, rum if we're not!"
