Washing ? for hemp/ microfiber

I was washing a new stash of inserts and had separated the micro fiber and hemp washing them separately. But when I went to put the hemp in the dryer after the many washes they need I realized that I left a microfiber insert in the washer with them . It got washed 6 times with the hemp, but I am nervous to use it. What do I do with it wash wise to make it useable or is it okay?
