My parents' friend with when they lived on the farm, had the farmer walk in from the garage into a mud room complete with a full bathroom for showering off the yucky farm smells. Course than the kitchen was on the other side of the house...

I currently have a similar setup. It makes my life SO much easier when it comes to laundry! Mine have three cubbies each right now and share space on a long bar overhead. I'm hoping to do a tower of 5 cubbies,short rod between the first tower and second tower and then continue that pattern.

I'm in Alabama. There are some really big farms out here.The one we are buying is considered small actually for a farmer here. There is a ton of pretty property in the states around me to though! Georgia and Tennessee are two states I go to a lot and they are lovely. Higher taxes kept us from looking there for property though.
