I'd look at Flip organic inserts. They work great fit us but I'm not passionate about the Flip covers. I actually like the Thitsties Duo covers better.

All the hemp inserts I have are a hemp/cotton blend so they absorb faster. I have found that hemp absorbs more then any other material and doesn't get compression leaks. They are great for everything.
