soo... thread rating...
what kind of hoops do I have to jump through to be able to do this? I have read a number of posts about it before, and have just kept waiting thinking if I was a member long enough.. or if I had a high enough post count.. that I would be able to do it eventually
Can someone please give me a straight answer as to why I cant? Thanks!
