How do you tell the difference between bum genius 3.0 and 4.0's?

3.0s were all aplix (none were manufactured with snaps although some mamas convert their aplix diapers). I believe the rise was a little shorter than the 4.0s too.

That also means it looks a little different since that seam doesn't completely cover the elastic... on the outside it bunches more. 4.0s are also bigger

The biggest difference I saw was that the 3.0s don't have aplix laundry tabs, they are more like flannel.

Are the tabs on the 4.0 stretchier than the 3.0's?...I only have 4.0s so I have nothing to compare them to, but it seems I remember stretchy tabs being one of the changes.

Of course, my memory is nothing to go on these days....

i think they've been stretchy a long ime, I have 2.0s with stretchy tabs or maybe 3.0s, I dont know for sure, I never use them
