Belly Binding

Please share your experience!

Thinking I would like to use muslin as it's something that can be used for multiple things after I'm done with babies and it's a thin fabric. Also I have a long torso and the popular bindings on the market are a joke for my body type.

Anyone know how long the muslin fabric should be?

Thanks mamas

Re: Belly Binding

I think it's a really good idea, but you will need someone to help you with the wrapping.

Re: Belly Binding

I'm a big fan of pp supports...the only problem I had with "wrapping" is that it's kinda a pain in the neck...getting it on and off, adjusting them throughout the day, etc. I ended up using the wraps with velcro and also had one that was made for back support that I liked. it had a lot of coverage.

Re: Belly Binding

I just read about a Malay style binder that is 12m x 30 cm if that helps!
