I Have always used inexpensive wooden clothespins. Never had issues. I recently bought some new and it seems like almost every time I hang clothes I snap half the clothespins.

I'm irritated and wondering if anyone has a better suggestion!!

It's such a silly thing...but going outside to 5 of your clean dipes on the ground is not cool.

I get the plastic pins. I believe they are sold at Walmart and K-mart. They cost a bit more and you get fewer to a package but they are better than the wooden ones they sell.

www.lehmans.com sells 50 pins for $4.99. I've never tried them but have heard they have good quality items probably much better than you can get at Walmart or kmart. With shipping though they obviously cost more.

I have a mix of nice plastic ones and bamboo ones, I like both

i like the older style, one piece pins, i store them inside since i found that ones left outside in the weather 24/7 became more fragile.
