I put yogurt and fresh fruit in Popsicle moulds and pop them in the freezer. My kids think it's a special treat!

What an awesome idea I need to try it!

I've recently discovered my love of the broiler: I put an english muffin or skinny bagel under the broiler for 3 minutes with shredded cheddar and that's a yummy, fast breakfast with some apple slices on the side. DS also likes (still frozen) waffles. Easy, fast, and portable (since we both usually eat them during the commute).
