PP hair loss

OMG I am 5 months PP and going through a second spurt of PP hair loss and it is driving me bonkers!

My head itches all the time. It's like I can feel the strands of hair falling out. I brush my hair many times a day but it still falls out like crazy.

Does anyone have any tips to relieve this? It's irritating. When does it slow down/end??

Re: PP hair loss

Mine has fallen out so bad all three times that I get bald spots. I try not to over brush it, or pull on it. Mine got better 6-9 months PP, and my hair was definitely filling back in by a year. My hair is very thick now. I dread it doing it again, especially because my hair is long now. Hang in there. I know it is frustrating, but it will stop and your hair will grow back. Take some good prenatals. I have been taking the New Chapter ones and my skin, nails, and hair are looking good!!!! Blessings!

Re: PP hair loss

ughh Yes.. I found that I had to carry a piece of packing tape with me all the time so I could grab up all the loose hairs I would find in EVERYTHING! It seemed as if cold water while washing my hair helped (versus scalding hot like I normally use). It could have been a coincidence but it slowed down drastically when summer came and then started falling out again when it got cold in December/January this year.
