Nausea again?

I think I remember a couple people mentioning nausea hitting in the 3rd trimester, but I don't remember much else. The last couple days m appetite has taken a complete dip and I've been feeling nauseous again. Normal right? I'm not sure if I'm fighting off a bug, but I don't think I am. I just have very little to no appetite again and have been feeling off. All I want right now is sorbet or ice cream of all things. The thought of eating anything else is nauseating.

Re: Nausea again?

I get nausea about 3am some nights and I'll have a smoothie and it goes away. Didn't think about how it could be something cold that makes it go away but I think it's more that I need to eat. So perhaps it is from your low apetite?

It could be, I ate some applesauce just now and that is ok so far. But breakfast (toast with sunbutter and all) made me feel sick after. I wasn't feeling splendid before it either though, I was hoping it would help. But it certainly didn't.

Re: Nausea again?

I've had spells of nausea over the last couple of weeks. I can't figure out any kind of connection - it happens just anytime. Sometimes I think it's the baby moving around or sitting on something funny that makes me feel icky.

That sucks. It's nice to know I'm not the only one though. I'm not sure if it's how the baby is pressing in me and just for today or if it's something more. I was feeling it off and on lightly, but not like this till today. I thought of eating supper but the only thing that seemed even remotely appealing was yogurt. So yogurt it was.

Hope you feel better soon.
