I need some help/advice re: weightloss/bfing/in a wedding
I'll try to keep this short and sweet. So I am almost 5 months PP, and I am 20lbs more than pre baby. This is baby number 2. I weigh 156 and am 5'6". I was doing MFP for about 6 weeks, and stopped about a month ago. It was super hard and stressful. I lost about 4 lbs, and it was hard. This past month I tried to do the C25k and did great the first 2 weeks, and then well it didn't happen.
I am in a wedding in May (the 12th) and I got my dress and I feel/look heavy. Now I do not expect to be a super model, but was disappointed in how I looked. Spanx helped, but I think I need a bigger size/different style because they rolled down in the back and made my back fat look worse. So my question is this : what should I do? I did WW and exercise post baby number one and didn't lose the weight till 18 month pp. Life has been pretty stressful and unpredictable, and I am BARELY sleeping. I am not sure I have the energy to keep up with WW. Nothing right now seems consistent. I can and do exercise but have a SUPER hard time making it a routine. BTW I am one of those moms that bfing actually held on to the weight. I just want to feel good about myself. I carry my weight in my belly I can look pregnant depending on what I wear. Should I just get different spanx, keep trying to exercise and call it a day? or do you have any other recommendations? Thanks I have been wanting to post this for a month, and I finally did it

Cut sugar completely. It's the only thing that makes me lose weight fast. No substitutes either. Stick to meat, veggies, fruit, and eggs and whatever fats you need to cook them in along with only water to drink.

Thanks for your reply, the only problem with that is that I am trying to go more vegan, haven't been 100% yet but would like to get there eventually. :/

You can still cut out refined sugars. Also try to stay away from processed foods, white flour, be corn as these become sugars very easily. Look for whole grains, and complex carbohydrates
