Now if you are still breastfeeding past a year do you give your kids cow/almond milk as well?

(I meant extended bf, not exclusively)

Yes. Cows milk with meals.

No. My DS is 2.5, nurses and drinks water.

We intro'd it and offered it with meals, but didn't really push it until LO had cut back significantly on how much they bf.

Yes. DS is at daycare so they offer cow's milk. We offer cow's milk and other 'milks' (almond, coconut) and if DS doesn't seem to have enough dairy I push yogurt.

I nursed DD until she was three. They offered her milk at daycare but she would never drink it. I am lactose intolerant and my husband doesn't really drink it either so we don't keep it around the house. She has very recently started asking for it sometimes. I think they serve it at her preschool.
