Re: Breastfeeding while in NICU...Did it work for you?
I'm new here and new to being a mom to my first preemie but I have been pumping for her every 3hrs and my milk came in 4 days after I had her. During our "dry nuzzling" ( pump first then let her try and latch) she has done great latching on she had her first bottle today 10 cc of bm and her tube feeding she take 27 cc of bm every 3 hrs. Nicu docs say I can start nursing her without pumping very soon since she did great on the bottle feeding
