3/30: 3 mile run
3/31: Lot's of playing at the beach- long walk searching for shells. 60 min bike
4/1: 5 mile run, 20 min bike. FINALLY a run that felt great!
4/2: 2 hour bike, Week 1 Ripped in 30
4/3: 1 hour 50 min bike, week 1 ripped in 30
4/4: 10 min run, 1.5 hour bike
4/5: 5 mile run, 20 min bike
4/6: 2 hour bike
4/7: 3 mile run, 30 min bike
4/8: Rest day

Shred level 2 day 2 with 8lb weights. Jillian is the devil in capri workout pants. Ugh. Followed that with a 10 minutes cardio workout from the Firm.

6.25 miles this morning followed by Shred level 2. Had to go down to 5lb weights on a few of the exercises. My shoulders weren't able to handle the 8lbs.
