April inches challenge!

Its a new month and I really need to get back to working out anf eating right. I cut out carbs and lost 10 pounds. the last 2 wks ive been eating too much rice and take out and not exercising and ive gained almost 10 pounds
Starting tomorrow im eating better and doing both cardio and strength. I want to take measurements since I hope that will be a better gauge of what I lose since ill be doing cardio.
Anyone want to join me so i'm not alone?

Absolutely! I was doing measurements for a while and stopped cause....I'm lazy. I measured once a week. I'll post mine tomorrow night after I get home from work and I get a moment with DH so he can take em

I think taking measurements is far better than the scale. sometimes you don't see it on the scale but you do in inches lost

Lets do measurements (and weight if you would like) on Mondays.
Not sure how long you want to go. we can start with April and go month to month
Oh. I will be measuring waist, chest, hips, arms and thighs

I'm good with Mondays and I'll do weight too I'll weigh myself in the morning since that's when I feel the best about myself. I've always done neck, arm, bust, under bust, waist, hips, and thigh. I used to do calves but came to realize that they're never gonna change

Here's my stats for this morning

4/2: weight 144.4
neck 13.5
arms L 11.5 R 11.25
bust 37
under bust 32
waist 33
hips 36
thighs L 21.5 R 22.5

This is sad cause just 2 months ago I was 136. I hope some of it is bloat from eating crap and I can lost it quickly.

Went out for sushi with my mil and bil. Today is pretty shot.
I plan on alternating cardio and strength, starting tues and resting sun and mon.

I ate pretty crappy today but I really needed energy. I have this awful cough and stayed up all last night. Coworkers are junk food pushers and I blame them Hitting the gym tomorrow cause I'm participating in my first 5k on Saturday!!!
