Real Estate Agent in San Antonio?

DH and I are headed down to SA in a few weeks to scope out moving our family, my sister's family (her DH works for us) and our business down there in September or October.

I basically need to track down a trustworthy agent who can advise us on the area as well as help us secure a 6k sq. ft. warehouse and two rental homes (6-12 months later we would be purchasing homes too so we'd be long term clients).
