I just took my first dose of More Milk and it tastes awful! Any tricks to get it down 4 times a day? I took it plain from the jar.

You get used to it quickly. Dr Pepper in a swig afterwards mellowed the taste for me. So did a swig of mothers milk tea. Hang in there!

Since you need to limit liquid, it cuts down on what you can do. I used one of the medicine cups we have with a smidge of water (together).

It's supposed to. I'm just on day two so I haven't seen any results yet.
