Re: Fenugreek....advice please

I took 3 at a time 3x a day. I think you're supposed to start at 1-2 pills 3x a day. I eventually went with 2 More Milk Plus and 1 fenugreek.

It works, you just have to be consistent with it. And it's not cheap - I had a hard time justifying the cost but my DH pointed out that we were saving money because we didn't have to buy formula.

Re: Fenugreek....advice please

I used it with all our babies. Then I found some stuff called Maxi Milk from the company Mountain Meadow Herbs. I really liked that too. I highly recommend it. Next time around I am going to try just the Maxi Milk. When I used the Maxi Milk I quit taking the Fenugreek. I was amazed at the Maxi Milk!! And I had a hard time with my milk supply with all our babies.

Re: Fenugreek....advice please

I like other things better and use fenugreek as a last resort. If you're inconsistent with it, it doesn't work well. You can read about it and other stuff at HerbLore, which is where I buy all my herbals. Pam Caldwell, the lady that owns it, is amazing! So nice and helpful and she always makes sure you get what you need, along with extra info, just in case. She also ships lightening fast. She's in CA same as me, and I always receive my stuff the next day!! I'd imagine if you're further away it would take longer, but she knows that mama's need their stuff like, yesterday! HTH-
