I didn't realize they would do it with a flat polymailer. That's good to know. I thought it had to be a certain thickness.

Since you have a business I would suggest buying in bulk. There is a coop that goes on here for ValuMailers but you can order through them online or amazon and get a decent price. Since you need one asap I would just go to the store (walmart or wherever) and get a manilla envelope to use.

Nope you obviously have to pay the 1oz package rate (which is more than the stamp price)

I get mien on Amazon and I have bought on ebay as well. Make sure to read reviews. Not all polymailers are made the same. I have paid for really thin ones that split at the seams and I had to spend lots of time reinforcing the seams. You can get better quality ones for pretty much the same price.
