What do you think of my Etsy?

Heres my store.

I do a pretty decent business on FB, but I'm really trying to actively use my Etsy. I've been trying to list more.

What do you think? Are my prices/pics/descriptions ok? What should I change?

Thanks mamas.

Re: What do you think of my Etsy?

Love your items! Very cute

To get found on Etsy you'll need to add more items. Typically between 40-100 items helps you get found more easily. One easy way to increase the number of items is to copy one of your items, but offer it in a custom-made option with personalized color choices, etc.

I would also recommend using a photo editing software to make your images a bit more high contrast and brighter color.

And finally, the image titled "Girly Paci Clip..." you should use a different background to display the product on for the photo. The floral background is distracting and makes it difficult to see the product.

Are you in any of the teams on Etsy? They are a great way to learn more about Etsy business and promote your great stuff I like the group called Etsy Mommies.

Re: What do you think of my Etsy?

Thanks! I've been trying to add at least one thing every day or so. I'm scared of my bill getting huge and not having any sales to cover it. I have Paint Shop Pro on my computer, but I have no idea how to brighten them, I wish I did because I'm not too thrilled with my pictures myself. No teams, but I'll look for that one and a few others! Thanks again

I think your store looks great and I just added you to my circle.

Plus, and this is totally unrelated, I wanted to let you know that it was your rearfacing story that made me aware of how important rearfacing was. We turned our then 2.5 year old daughter back to rearfacing after I read your post. She is still rearfacing today. I am so glad I read your story! Thank you for sharing it!

Oh wow, thats awesome! I'm so glad that I inspired you to turn her back around! Noah is now 20 months old and of course still rear facing. Our daughter (who I was pregnant with at the time) has a boatload of health issues related from the accident, but she is here with us and thats a blessing. Thanks so much!!

Those little sandals are precious. I think it will all sell like hotcakes! My best advice is to take better pictures. If your stuff is custom, you could do listings for "o-3 months" and then the sames pics and say "3-6 months. It will make your store look more full.

Thanks! I could def use some tips on how to get better pictures. I suck. I've been editing them to make them brighter but I'm still not satisfied.

Re: What do you think of my Etsy?

If you have time, making a light box like this would probably help you take pretty good pictures - even if you don't have a great camera
