hip pain?

Need to try something. If i'm going to be in this much pain for 5+ weeks... Any support belt suggestions (available amazon prime would be perfect).
I'm already seeing a chiro 2x a week and getting weekly massages (thank you health insurance).

Apologizing in advance for iPhone typos/autocorrect

I have major hip issues anyway, what has helped some for me is a support belt placed over my hips when up and walking, also ice at night, sometimes heat. My mw suggested acupuncture. Hth

Re: hip pain?

i have the motherhood one, and i've tried a few others....i find they are only good for when you are standing and kinda hurt when you sit down. So depending on what your daily schedule it like, it may or may not be worth it

i have this one ($19) http://www.motherhood.com/Product.as...tegory_Id=MC32

and i've used this one (post partum belt, $25) as a maternity support belt, and it worked well too (just loaned it out and never got it back)

This and some of the pants I would wear to bed or underwear had a thick part (a rib from fabric being sewn together and when I lay on my side it huts more.
Know I don't wear undies and I make sure my pants aren't bunching/ or shirt, on my side where I'm laying on

Re: hip pain?

This is the belt I am using: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/AS.../chrisficti-20

It is a good one if you sit or lie down during the day, which I definitely do. A lot of others don't allow for that, as they are too bulky. I also had the Gabriella one, and the Velcro wore out, and it bunched up from lying down.

Another good one is the amon, but it started feeling too tight a few weeks ago, and instead of going up a size I tried this one, since it is adjustable. In the very beginning I had the mini cradle, but it doesn't do enough now.
