Shred level 3 day 2 and 10 min cardio workout with The Firm DVD. Feeling run down and tired still. Left calf and right shin are feeling sore too. Need to NOT run until my big run on Saturday so I can let them rest. Maybe I'll try the stationary bike tomorrow morning for my cardio instead.

Sounds like everyone is hurting... I hurt my hip again during my run yesterday. I'm so frustrated because it hurts bad enough to make it hard to walk I am going to stick with the stationary bike today, but I bet I won't be able to run tomorrow... it is so disappointing! I need better shoes- I think mine are worn out... I just can't afford $100 shoes right now...

I hate the cost of good running shoes. DH just had to get a pair this week and since he puts in 30+ miles a week he goes through shoes quickly!

The cost of good shoes versus injuries sort of makes it less painful to swallow though before I started working out I never spent over $100 on shoes!!! Def still hurts a little.

I am still not feeling 100% but I am feeling better than I have been. I am going to try and run a easy, slow 2ish miles on the treadmill.

45 minutes on the elliptical. I'll do the shred later today. Tomorrow is going to be my longest run ever and it's outside with my runner friend. I'm totally freaked out !! Lol!
