CA65- Yes or no? Compare to S1 too?
DD1 is 4 and just about to hit the 35 lb RF limit of her TF, which I have posted about previously... But I am thinking of buying the CA65. Here is my thought:
DD1 could use it until she hits the 40 lb RF limit and then we could put her back in the TF FF and move DD2 into the CA65. I was thinking about this because so far DD2 is WAY bigger than DD1. She's only 6 wks, but in that short time she has gained 4 lbs and 2 inches, and is around what DD1 was at 8-10 wks!! If she continues growing like this, she will presumably hit 35 lbs before DD1 did (which is coming soon at age 4). I would like DD2 to RF as long as DD1 has. My question is: Harness height! Does it harness as tall as the TF, or taller? Also, how good is it for long legged kids? DD1 is all legs, and the TF has been great for her, she loves it. Basically, the CA65 is on sale at BRU right now for $169.99 and I have a gift card for $40, so essentially I'd be paying $130 OOP for this seat.

The ca has the same harness height as the tf. It would be a good option to rf a 4 year old. It's also a good FF seat.

Re: CA65- Yes or no?
Is there any difference between the S1 and the CA65? They have the S1 for $119 (so I'd pay $80!!). The stats look the same in the comparison tool thing, but I want to know for sure...

Re: CA65- Yes or no? Compare to S1 too?
Also, does this take up more room front-back when RF than the TF? DH already hates how much room the TF takes up (he's short, 5'7", I don't see what his problem is, says he doesn't want to be up against the wheel and that it isn't safe for the driver, but whatever...)

Can you link them?
If you are ok with installing it mire upright that what the line on the side indicates it should be fairly upright. ForumRunner_20120414_091926.jpg

S1
CA65 Those are the two I am looking at Pretty sure one or the other is going to be my best option... We've been really happy with the TF, but I'd like a bit more RF time ![]() Off the bat I see armrests and headwing difference... but not sure what else.

That's actually an aplha omega elite. I'd stay away from that seat. It also makes a terrible booster seat.

Ahhh, I thought the Alpha Elite part sounded familiar. Guess they are trying to kind of rebrand it >_> Yeah, definitely not interested in that.
