New diaper prep?

What am I supposed to do when I get new (or used, new to me) diapers? Is it just a rinse separate from my dirty dipes? And I don't dry my dipes, but did I read somewhere that I'm supposed to put them in the dryer once?

for used diapers i wash with bleach. to prep other inserts and diapers it depends on the materials. some materials need to be washed several times and separate from other materials

I was just washing them until I had gotten one with obvious issues cuz dd peed in it and immediate ammonia so now I have been adding an rlr packet in with my wash to strip new to me diapers. (mine were starting to get a tiny funky from us a different detergent I was trying didn't seem to be working so it worked for me cuz I wanted to strip mine anyway.) that time I decided to do a rinse then a rng rock a soak before hand thoughout the whole previous night followed by just letting the washer run its wash/rinse cycle and then i did funk rock 45 min soak and two more rinses before doing the normal Soak/cycle that I added the rlr to With my rng cuz I wanted to make sure that one diaper in the load for sure got clean LOL
