oh so sleepy...zzzzz....

Nothing like a day of chasing roosters (or in the kids case being chased BY them, mom wants hers gone so we were trying to catch them, we'll try again in the a.m. in th confines of the coop). The second half of the day moving giant logs out of my garden where DH cut trees, raking the garden and surrounding lawn, spreading manuer and compost and sand (clay soil).

And that's only from 0930 on. From 0600-0930 I did some yoga, rode the bike for a half hour, fed/watered the chicks, took care of the dog, took the seedlings outside and in the sun, ate breakfast, cooked breakfast for the fam, washed and dried/or hung out 3 loads of clothes, fought with my 7YO and managed to get them all dressed and into the van.

Oh and there was a shower and cooking/eating dinner in there some where. And it's not even 7 pm. I'm so sleepy. Did I mention I gave up caffeine this winter? I don't know about you all but my body isn't really used to this. I've spent the last 9 years being a bit of a lazy bones (ok, so I had and chased a bunch of kids and used to walk a few miles a day, but not all this muscly stuff )

I should sleep well tonite!
