Marshall Cullen...pics added and finished story:)

Sorry I have waited so long to get in here and share my new baby, but we have just been a lazy family as of late adjusting to our new addition.
I had originally planned on trying for a VBAC from the start of my pregnancy, but as I wa getting closer and closer to my due date I kept getting more and more miserable. I was getting little to no sleep for the three weeks leading up to delivery. I was having constant contractions and lots of aches and pains. I finally decided that enough was enough and wanted to just start the road to recovery. At my 39 week appointment I scheduled my repeat c/s for the next morning. We showed up at 7:30 and then the waiting game began. While in my room they hooked me up to the monitors and couldn't believe the number of contractions that I was having. They asked me if I knew I was having them...yeah, pretty sure that's why I'm here, I'm so over all this and getting no where When I finally got back into the O/R it was so nice. Everyone back there was joking and laughing and really helped calm any qualms that I had. Getting baby out was a bit different. He really didn't want to come out it took A LOT of shoving and pulling and tugging to finally get him out. The had the male nurse litterally putting all his weight into getting this little guy out of there. He finally was out by 11:20 and was able to be put right to me and even joined me in the recovery room! I was so happy and he was able to latch on right away. With this c/s they started using a new epidural at the birth center and I was up and moving and going for walks by 6 that evening. It was such a difference from my first. The only pain meds that I have had to be on are extra strength tylenol and ibuprophen. It is wonderful.
Baby is waking will finish update later

Finishing up...
So we named our little boy Marshall Cullen and he was 7lbs 12 oz and 19 inches born on 4/13 at 11:20 am. He looks just like his brother and sister, and we are so in love with him! I was expecting there to be jealousy and crabbyness from the older two kids, but they just can't get enough of him. We are so very blessed!

My recovery since surgery has been a bit different this time around. Like I said before, I have literally no pain from surgery, but with the bruising I ended up with from them having to try so hard to get him out I ended up with some scary bleeding. The blood from the bruise ended up pooling and when I got up from nursing my whole front was covered in blood. I thought for sure that my scar had opened up...thankfully my older two kids didn't see this. I still have light bleeding that is supposed to be stopping in the next couple weeks. FXed! I will try and get some pictures on tonight when I am on the compter.
