Can you help me find this shirt :WARNING CHILD PASSING MENTIONED"
I am looking for the following shirt for a little girl's mom. The girl was 16 months old and passed in her sleep. This was the last shirt that the girl was wearing and the mom wants to make a quiltin her memory. The shirt has a butterfly on it, and underneath is the saying "Fly Away Little Butterfly" It was made about 4 years ago by JC Penny's brand-Okie Dokie. Please pm me if you have it.

It's not the same shirt, but for another 19 hours a similar one with the same phrase is available on eBay.
