Cosleeping..looking for an image.

Help please! I am on another local forum and a discussion came up about cosleeping. People around here think its crazy! They view it as a huge safety risk and don't know there is a proper way to do it. I remember googling a while back and finding an image (like a cartoon drawing, not an actual photo) of showing how baby and mom should lay in bed and how the blankets should be pulled back away from baby, etc. I can't find it now. Any luck? Have you seen it? Can you find it for me? I even tried just searching images of cosleeping on google and still nothing.

Also, is there not a sticky with links to things like cosleeping articles? And I think I read something about those positioned things were bad? The little "bumpers" that lay on both sides of baby so he can't roll under mom and dad, and so mom and dad can't roll not him? Any info on that? Please and thanks!!

Re: Cosleeping..looking for an image.

Dr Sears is a proponent of co-sleeping. Maybe his Baby Book has the image you're looking for. Here is a link to his site: http://www.askdrsears.com/

Is this it?

Also, explain the difference between cosleeping and bed sharing. We cosleep w/ Bean in a bassinet next to our bed, we don't bed share (I sleep way to soundly for that right now).

I don't know the actual differences, but I use them as an interchangeable word personally. Cosleeping could mean using a bassinet or "cosleeper" like the arms reach cosleeper and bedsharing is obviously sharing a bed, but I use them as the same...
