Help! My baby is 10 months old and I still have to pump 3 times a day when I am at work. I nurse her right before leaving for work and still have to pump 3 times and she nurses as soon as I get home. I get so engorged if I do not pump 3 times and get very uncomfortable. I would like to cut this back to 2 times a day but I do not know how to do this - tips would be great.

Which ever session you're dropping - cut it back a few minutes at a time until it's gone. I would say just pump to comfort but it sounds like you're making a lot still and might end up getting really uncomfortable if you cut back too fast.

I would cut back a couple minutes at a time. Maybe shorten all three of your pumping sessions a little so that you are not making as much. Then work on gradually dropping one.

Wow, that' awesome that you still have milk after pumping that long!! Might I suggest donating it (if you have time to keep pumping)?? Search for local milk banks, and even if it's a few states away, they provided packaging and pay for shipping (which is really expensive if sending it on your own!). Breast milk saves tiny live and you got the gold, woman!!
