Good luck & keep trying!
I never would have believed that she'd want to go to bed earlier, but I've swaddled her at 8:30 every night (instead of getting her to sleep by 9:30) and she is great with going to sleep then!

Last night was even more successful. She didn't even need to come into our bed last night! And she seemed to have a much easier time staying to sleep all night as well.

It's amazing how fast this is working!

I would try an even earlier bedtime if possible! At that age my DD went to sleep at 6 (we started bedtime at 5:30), and it worked amazingly well. We got about 12 and a half hours of sleep out of her each night, minus a few wake times to nurse. An early bedtime was the key for helping her horrendous sleep problems.

Hm, wonder if my husband should go to bed earlier. Maybe he'd sleep better and not be so cranky?
