Nursing and weight

Hey everyone. My son is 11 weeks old and we have battled pretty much every issue there is. The worst problem is my production. Why is it that I have to nurse him and pump right after every time in order to keep my supply up? He Wont empty me ever.. So I nurse while he's happy for about 10 minutes and then he screams and won't finish but is obviously hungry. So I pump the rest (about 3 ounces) and feed it to him... Then he's happy. I am also taking fenugreek. Another thing is I cannot loose weight... Seriously the scale is stuck!!!! What's goin on? Will I have to nurse and pump until he's a year? (I'm pretty sure I'll go crazy)
