Re: Do you think this looks like a yeast rash? *pics*

Yeah, those antifungal creams worked super fast for us. So, if it is yeast, you would know quickly after use (within a day or two). If not, I would consider eczema as a possibility.

Thanks so much mamas!
It seems to be improving with the sposies and lotromin and now looks a little flaky. It was never really what I would consider raw, just raised and red and seemingly itchy since my little guy was always grabbing at it. Eczema is itchy too though, right? Hmmm?
I will def look into the GSE next.

Good luck, I had the hardest time figuring it out for my dd; I did have to take her in to the ped to be sure on the eczema. I kept thinking that i had it figured out, and then it would flare up again. I'll bet if i posted a picture of it everyone would have said yeast! Hope you are able to figure it out.

Thanks mama! I am def not sure of anything. :/ Tonight after bath it almost looked worse. He was still grabbing it like he was trying to rip it all off. Yikes! Not sure if this is normal 6 m/o behavior or not. I decided to skip the lotromin and use some hazelwood cream on it for tonight to see how that makes it look in the morning. The way everybody made it sound, I prob should have seen a marked improvement by now (using lotromin) if it was truly yeast. Or maybe it is a stronger case and i need an Rx.
sigh.
