this late in the game it likely means land and portables. Not really a big deal out here. Many school have portables. 1/2 my current school is in portables.

The nice thing is that we now have a full time director and this is mostly her problem along with the executive assistant because they get paid to do the research on the portables and finding the land.

So for now I am not stressing about it.
