Sherry & Summer, LOVE the pics. AWW, I love seeing our April babes growing up!
(and Sherry- woo-hoo for a boy! All the best men I know- my father and fiance included- grew up with older sisters )

I know I've said this before, but I feel like it was yesterday I was chatting on this board, and now all the kids look like, well, KIDS!

For Jaime's birthday his dad is doing Mexican-style b-b-q (SO happy he's in charge of all the food!), and we're doing cake and maybe a pinata. We just moved into a house (from an apartment) so we want to take advantage of the yard. Jaime is excited because his uncle and grandparents are coming down for the afternoon.

Oh, so funny, he requested a BART (that's our metro system) map for his birthday! A map, an umbrella and nightlight are the 3 things he said he'd really like. He is such a funny little kid.

And we just went public with the news that we're expecting #2 in October

Congrats, Kara! Do you plan to cd your new one now that you live in your own home?

Ugh... I have baby fever pretty bad, but I don't really want another baby yet. My husband is pretty insistent we are done, but I think I might like to have another one in 2-3 years. LOL

Yup! I already have a full stash Found a complete set of prefolds, covers, and a few all-in-ones online. SUPER excited to be cloth diapering again! (To be honest, it was the main reason I INSISTED on a washer and dryer in our home, I just hated the idea of a baby is sposies, ick).

And I had to chuckle about one more...I imagine it's so hard to be "done". DP says this is our last, but I'm still pregnant with this one and I find it hard to believe I'll feel "done" with 2.

It is crazy because within minutes of giving birth to Sofiya, I wanted to do it again and then the babies became toddlers and I was like, yeah, I am soooooo done. Of course, now that no one is a baby, I am itching...

Hi All!

I haven't been on here in a long time! I saw there was a lot of activity esp around the time of the 3rd birthdays. We are doing pretty good. Life with three is nuts. I'll put some pictures up soon!

Thanks, Kara and Summer! Silas Michael was born June 8th at 7:54am. He was 7lbs 9oz and 21.5in.

I'm with Nancy, 3 is nuts!

I agree, adding a third took our family a while to adjust, but there is a 7 year difference between ds1 and ds2 and only 15 months between ds2 and dd. Now that our toddlers have become preschoolers, things seem quite a bit less hectic for a while. I kind of felt like I was failing as a parent for a few years there.
