Someone I know is adopting a girl and naming her Micah. Its usually a boy name but I love it for a girl! Don't really know what you could shorten it to though...
McKinley is really cute as others have suggested! We don't have a name for our baby yet either! its so hard!

We are still undecided on a boy's name
 But our middle name is going to be McKay (or some variant spelling) either way. We'd love to share
