Want to sell just a few things or do a little bit of custom knitting...

How do I go about this? I don't think I'll have enough to have any sort of storefront or anything (right now I've got one item ), but my boys don't need any more knitted items, and I'd like to get to knit girly things too...

At what point do my things become WAHM items, rather than just a one-off item for sale?

Maybe we should try to gather a few more folks, and start a Congo?

I would try running testers to help build up feedback/reviews etc or if you have that already maybe an Etsy? I think the expense for that is fairly inexpensive. You could add the link to your siggy, or even open a thread in WAHM wares!

Good luck!

According to the IRS it's when you make $500 a year.

Personally I've always felt the dividing line was a little fuzzy. It has a lot to do with how you feel about what you are doing, and how much time you spend doing it.
I would consider it WAHM if any of the following are true:
you are selling more than 2-3 items per week.
you are making more than $100 a week.
you are making stuff with the specific intention of selling it new.
you sit down to "work" at a designated time or for more than an hour a day.

Keep in mind though these are just my opinions on where the line falls.
