Do you feel lambskin/snugglewool is a suffocation/SIDS risk?

I can't make up my mind to get it or not. I was thinking if I keep the baby in my room in a Pack and Play I might like it to make the mattress softer. I can't find the pack and play mattresses in Canada and I think they might be more of a risk due to the soft sides of the playard

The "plush" sheet for he arms reach is fine. I wouldn't call it a suffocation hazard at all but I'm not sure about lambs wool. Would depend on thickness.

I want one, but only plan to use it under close supervision, and not while I'm out of the room, or while I'm asleep. I don't mind using it to lay Baby on our hard floors next to where DS and I are playing, or while I'm cooking or cleaning in the same room.

I just got a snugglewool and am disappointed. It doesn't look safe at all. And is not that soft after washing. I have a lambskin too which I'm more comfortable with.

That's good to know. So, skip the snugglewool and just get a lambskin.
